The house was designed and built in an eclectic style by Karl Johann Felsko, a leading architect of the XIX \u2014 early XX century, in 1900. Over time, the house has preserved not only its size, but also the composition of the street facades, decorated in a Neo-Renaissance style and beautifully illuminated at night. During the renovation process, the staircase has been completely restored, there are three modern elevators for the convenience of the residents, a video surveillance system was installed, there are also parking places in the courtyard of the house. The architect of the renovation project was Ilze Mek\u0161a from SIA Wonderfull, who was the winner of the Latvian Architecture Award 2018.<\/p>\n
